5. Payment and invoices
No setup payment is required before the homepage preview. If you approve the preview and want to continue, Make Web Studio will provide a secure payment link and invoice.
The setup fee is paid before the full website build begins. The monthly plan starts when the full website is ready to go live, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are shown in USD unless another currency is agreed.
6. Monthly plan and support
The monthly plan covers keeping the website online, reasonable small updates, basic checks, and support for the website while the plan is active.
Small updates can include changes to text, images, prices, opening hours, phone numbers, service details, or similar content. Bigger changes such as new pages, major redesigns, booking systems, online payments, online stores, or custom features may be quoted separately.
Make Web Studio usually replies within 24–48 hours. Urgent website issues are prioritised where possible, but 24/7 emergency support is not included unless separately agreed.
7. Revisions
Two reasonable revision rounds are included during the full website build after the preview has been approved.
Extra revision rounds, major redesigns, or changes outside the confirmed scope may be quoted separately before work continues.
10. Cancellation and missed payments
You can cancel the monthly plan anytime. Cancellation stops future monthly billing, but it does not automatically refund previous monthly periods that have already started.
If a monthly payment is missed, Make Web Studio will contact you before making changes. If payment remains unpaid after reminders, the website may be paused until payment is resolved.
If you cancel, you can request a copy of your completed website files and assets. Hands-on migration to another host or another agency may be quoted separately.
11. Refunds
The homepage preview is free, so there is no payment to refund if you decide not to continue.
Once you approve the preview, pay the setup fee, and Make Web Studio begins the full website build, the setup fee is generally non-refundable because work has started.
Monthly fees cover an active service period and are generally not refunded for periods that have already started. Future billing can be cancelled according to the cancellation terms above.
